A Wrap-Up of Our Signature Drinks Events Across Australia
What an incredible journey it has been! Over the past few weeks, we had the pleasure of hosting our Signature Drinks Events across Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, and Brisbane. These events brought together some of the most creative minds in coffee and showcased the endless possibilities of flavour when coffee and imagination collide.
From start to finish, attendees brought enthusiasm, innovation, and a deep passion for coffee. We were thrilled to see such brilliant energy at each stop—whether it was crafting bold flavour combinations or refining recipes that could impress even the most seasoned palates.
A huge thank you to our event sponsor, Monin, whose extensive range of syrups opened the door to boundless creativity. We were truly amazed by the variety and versatility of flavours on offer—it was the perfect inspiration for our participants’ inventive recipes!

Brisbane: Jané – Man Berry

Adelaide: Zone – Apple Lemon Tart Brew

A berry-forward brew with a tropical twist, perfectly complemented by coconut water.
Sydney: Mohamad – Black Forest Pacamara
- 120g Batch Brew
- 15g Monin Blueberry Syrup
- 10g Monin Vanilla Syrup Chocolate Foam:
- 50g Thickened Cream
- 25g Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
- Sprinkle of Nutmeg
A rich, indulgent drink with layers of chocolate and blueberry—a coffee-inspired take on a classic dessert.
Melbourne: Ally – Jaffa Orange Chocolate
- 10g Monin Chocolate Syrup
- 10g Monin Tangerine Syrup
- 1 Slice of Fresh Orange
- 100g Colombian Natural Cold Brew
Bright citrus meets velvety chocolate for a perfectly balanced and refreshing brew.

- 100g Coffee
- 20g Cream
- 5g Strawberry Syrup
- 5g Raspberry Syrup
- 5g Vanilla Syrup
- 5g Cinnamon Syrup
- 5g Yuzu Syrup
- 5g Lime Juice
- 5g Lemon Juice
- 2 Drops APAX LAB Jamm
A layered masterpiece, balancing sweet, tangy, and creamy notes with precision.
