The Sanctuary Farm project began in 2014 with the aim of anticipating market trends by bringing coffee from different regions worldwide to create a new profile of Brazilian coffee. Led by Luiz Paulo, the farm now cultivates over 30 exotic coffee varieties using innovative practices like shade plantation and new processing methods. Luiz Paulo’s goal for the future is to continually improve quality. The farm has already gained recognition for its quality and pioneering spirit, evidenced by awards such as finalist in Cup of Excellence Brazil 2019 and 9th place (2nd most expensive) in Cup of Excellence Brazil 2018.
