Mikava brings this delicious lot from a neighboring farm owned and operated by Fabian Echeverry. His farm is called Finca Bella Vista which translated to ‘beautiful view’ as it overlooks the beutiful region of Marsella, Risaralda.

This Tabi was selected to undergo a double anaerobic washed process. It starts with rigorous hand-picking and selection of only the ripest cherries to achieve the highest sugar content allowing an extended fermentation time. Cherries are fermented in whole cherry for 32 hours, pulped, and completed fermenting for an additional 24 hours indoors in a low temperature environment. Once complete, coffee is then washed, sorted again, and dried to 11% humidity on raised beds. After the coffee had time to acclimate it was milled, sorted, and shipped.

This coffee is bang for buck!
