This coffee is another delicious coffee stemming from our blossoming partnership with Forest Coffee.
The particular coffee comes from Forests Black Condor Project in Tolima, Colombia. This project was created by the Forest team to create real and tangible impact within the communities by establishing a washing station and hosting workshops to improve the coffees of all producers. Today, the Black Condor Project has 100 independant coffee producers on board.
One such producer is Yeferson Olaya, who grows coffee on his wonderful Tolima farm called El Tosoro. This coffee is a delisious Typica which has undergone a traditional natural process.
